Drone Competition Set for Thursday, April 2
Families are invited to come watch as students fly small drones while solving challenges that test their coordination skills, problem-solving abilities, and teamwork efficiency. This outdoor event will combine elements of technology, aviation, and hands-on learning!
- Date — Thursday, April 2
- Time — 4 to 6 p.m.
- Location: The Stables, 4185 Walt Robertson Road, inside the Kentucky Horse Park
- Participating schools — Cardinal Valley, Dixie Magnet, Northern, Russell Cave, and Wellington elementaries; SCAPA at Bluegrass; and Edythe J. Hayes and Leestown middle schools
Additionally, older students from Bryan Station High, the Hub for Innovative Learning & Leadership (The HILL), and Locust Trace AgriScience Center will be on hand to talk about classes available for those interested in aviation and drones. Don’t miss this chance to learn more!
